What is the minimum order quantity?
25 pieces is our minimum order, however this may differ with certain products. 

What is the lead time for an order?
Our standard turnaround time for t-shirts is 7-10 working days however we can deliver sooner depending on quantities and requirements. We will confirm this at the time of order. 

How long have you been in business?
We have been an established business since 2008 and have worked in the industry since 1995. We are Australian owned and managed and have always been under the same ownership. 

How many reusable bag orders do you handle?
We have literally sold 100 of 1000's of reusable bags. 2018 was the peak of our production when many stores stopped providing single use plastic bags. Reusable bags have always been a popular choice as they are useful, affordable and highly visible. We are use to dealing with small minimum quantity orders, massive orders of 30,000 for large retailers and anything in between. 

What branding methods do you offer?
Embroidery, screen printing, supacolor and sublimation print are our most popular branding methods. Often your logo will dictate which method will give the sharpest finish. Our designers are happy to work with you through this process to make sure you get a quality finish. 

What is the best format to send art work files?
Jpeg files are the easiest and quickest files for our designers to work with.
